Tuition break for all immigrants backed by author at Brown

Alejandra Rincon, author of Undocumented Immigrants and Higher Education, told her audience last night at Brown University that her work in the Houston and Austin independent school districts led her to join with others to press for a legal mandate for in-state tuition for undocumented immigrants in Texas.
