The Ralph Bunche Summer Institute is Now Accepting Applications for 2009
The Ralph Bunche Summer Institute, a 5-week program designed to simulate the graduate school experience and expand academic opportunities for minorities, is now taking applications for the 2009 summer program.
The program is open to all minorities and underrepresented students in science in the United States. Participants will receive full support of tuition, health insurance, transportation, room and board in a dormitory double room, books, and instructional materials. Participants will also receive an allocation for food expenses, in addition to a weekly stipend.
Applicants need only be United States citizens, completing their junior year of undergraduate study, majoring in Political Science or a related discipline and have an interest in attending graduate school in political science.
The application deadline is Friday, Feb. 13, 2009
