Pfizer cutting up to 2,400 sales jobs

Drug giant Pfizer reportedly is laying off nearly a third of its 8,000 salespeople.

Media outlets Bloomberg News and the Wall Street Journal report Pfizer will cut as many as 2,400 sales representatives.
