Obama's Internet Army, Government 2.0

This is a very interesting article from Newsweek, describing Obama's campaign using the internet, a "social movement,", and now his administration as "Government 2.0."  For the first time in history, we will have a President as tech saavy as the rest of us governing.  The article asks how Obama will use his newly built "Internet Army" of online users and supporters?  Everyone knows the internet has had a substantial impact on the election and politics, but now it seems, the internet has entirely changed the course of traditional democracy.
