Obama: Time To Phase Out Combat Role In Iraq

President Obama, on a quick visit to Baghdad Tuesday, told U.S. troops that it was time for Iraqis to "take responsibility for their country." He underscored his commitment to withdrawing most U.S. troops in the next year and a-half.

How do you feel about the war in Iraq?  Is is time for the Iraquis to take resposnsibility for their country?  What have we accomplished thus far?  Do we still have work to be done there?
