No Advance for Women in Top Jobs

An article from Reuters describes how women holding corporate officer or board member positions has not signifiantly seen any increase from 2007 to 2008.  Unfortunately small statistical increases have not changed the landscape of women advancing in the work force.  However, with the new president-elect, his promise for change, and already diverse selections of cabinet members, experts forsee a change for women in 2009.
