Napolitano, Expert on Immigration

Janet Napolitano, governor of Arizona, is rumored to be selected to serve as the next secretary of homeland security.  As governor of a state where illegal immigration is prevelant, Napolitano has vast knowledge of immigration and the benefits of comprehensive immigration reform (CIR).  If Napolitano's nomination is confirmed, immigration advocates hope she will advance the efforts of CIR.
