Arkansas Law Bans In-state College Tuition for Undocumented Students

The Governor of Arkansas recently reinforced a law banning in-state college tuition for undocumented students. Previously, even though the law had been in place, some colleges were charging in state tuition to students who could have been undocumented. The Governor renounced these doings and stated that regardless of personal beliefs, laws must be upheld.
