A Chance For Immigrants To Receive In-State Tuition

Chancellor of the University of Arkansas is encouraging more students to seek their bachelor’s degree with the possibility of including undocumented immigrants, at the lower tuition rate.  It is not the fault of the student that they are brought to the U.S., however they are being punished for their parents actions by being denied in state tuition.
