The Abuse of Immigration Law In Counterterrorism Efforts - Panel Discussion

The Constitution Project and Georgetown University Law Center will co-host a panel discussion on how immigration laws have been abused when used as counterterrorism tools and how to prevent that abuse in the future. At the event, scheduled for 12-2 p.m. on January 14, 2008, at Georgetown Law Center , we will officially release a new report (available here) on the issue.
