5. Registration and Membership

9. Termination. (a) You may terminate the TOU, which will terminate your membership, at any time by unsubscribing through our Website and destroying all materials obtained from the Service. (b) You agree that MATT, in its sole discretion, may terminate the TOU, and/or suspend your membership, with or without cause at any time and effective immediately. The TOU will terminate immediately without notice from MATT if you, in MATT?s sole discretion, fail to comply with any provision of the TOU.
